Based on this definition - I think this is how it should work...
This is how I feel it works in my kitchen...
I have a new goal that doesn't begin with a "T" - ha ha ha!

How great is that phrase? It heralds me back to my home economics days in high school where we had strict timing and organisational plans. Really, it was a French lesson in disguise, non?
